Kaleidoscope Pizzeria & PubK-Scope as we lovingly call it has some of our favorite salads and soups in the valley. Get the sweet and savory salad and the chicken tortilla soup. The Phoodery This is our favorite new place – an outdoor food pod with a bar, rooftop and great views of the valley. Get a burger and truffle fries at Truffle Pig!Charm Thai Kitchen The best thai in the valley. Everything is good, but we love the lettuce wraps and pad thai. Clyde’s CornerOur favorite pizza in the valley, and great outdoor seating with views. Our favorites are the Prosciutto pizza and Green Salad. Don’t forget their house made ranch and jalapeno honey! Bird & Rye The best gluten free fried chicken in the world, and John Paul’s favorite restaurant in the valley. Their Field Greens salad is also one of our faves. We go here WAY too much. Easy walk from the heart of downtown Ashland. Blue TobaA new favorite. Super delicious Indonesian food in a lovely old space in downtown Ashland. Morning Glory CafeBest breakfast in the valley. Elements TapasA great tapas spot for a lighter bite or full dinner in downtown Medford. Also one of the few bars open late! Get the bacon wrapped dates and Flat Iron. Decant The best restaurant in Medford, just down the street from Lauren’s childhood home. Jacksonville
Cowhorn Kitchen & Wine A restaurant opened by the team that owns Cowhorn Vineyard in an adorable space in downtown Jacksonville. Open for both lunch and dinner with a beautiful patio. Get the Carrot Gochujang. The Restaurant at the Jacksonville Inn Our favorite restaurant in Jacksonville. We love grabbing a bite at the bar for happy hour. Get the carpaccio, and a glass from one of the best wine lists in the valley. Ashland
Alchemy Restaurant & BarIt’s hard to play favorites, but this is probably our favorite restaurant. We love to sit in the bar or their patio in the summer. They have the best cocktails in the valley, as well as our favorite dessert – their chocolate fondant with honeycomb! Osteria La Briccola Hands down the best Italian food in the valley. Amazing Northern Italian dishes (where both of our families are from!). Get the Carpaccio al Tartufo and the Tagliatelle al cinghiale. Reservations required! Kobe Restaurant The best sushi in the valley. Get the Sunshine and Surf n’ Turf rolls! Bar Juillet Fabulous little spot for small plates and cocktails in downtown Ashland.
