When is the RSVP deadline? Where do I RSVP? 

Our RSVP deadline is Friday, April 11, 2026. Please submit your RSVP directly on our RSVP tab through the website. 


Will there be transportation provided to the welcome party? 

Yes, there will be transportation provided to and from the welcome party from two locations - one in Medford from the Fairfield Marriott and one in Jacksonville from the Ray’s parking lot. Please let us know whether you will need transportation when you RSVP. Transportation is limited so please RSVP as soon as possible.

Is there parking at the welcome party venue? 

yes, plenty of onsite parking.

What is the attire for the welcome party? 

The attire is chic ranch. Come in your best elevated Western-inspired look. There will be covering, but we would suggest bringing a light jacket as it will cool down later in the evening. 

Will there be transportation provided to the wedding? 

Yes, there will be transportation provided to and from the wedding. Please let us know whether you will need transportation when you RSVP. 

Is there parking at the wedding venue? 

we are in a neighborhood, so although there is street parking, there are no designated spots specifically for our home and wedding location. if you are driving yourself we suggest an earlier arrival to give yourself plenty of time.

When should I arrive at the ceremony? 

The ceremony starts at 4:00 pm. Please arrive no later than 3:45 PM. If you arrive following the start of our ceremony, you will be directed when its appropriate to take your seat during our ceremony.

Will the ceremony and reception and reception be indoors or outdoors? 

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. The reception will covered. 

What is the attire for the wedding? 

Attire is black tie encouraged. We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! Tuxedos and gowns are welcomed. We kindly request that women wear long dresses, and men wear dark suits. 


What will the weather be this time of year? 

It’s spring in Oregon so anything goes. Guest experience is our top priority, so we will ensure that everyone is comfortable no matter what the weather brings us. We would suggest women bring a shawl for the evening. 

Can I bring a date? 

We wish we could invite everyone, but due to space, we’re only able to include plus-ones for certain guests. If your invitation says “& guest,” then you’re welcome to bring a guest. Otherwise, we hope you’ll understand and still join us!

Are kids welcome? 

We love little ones, but our weekend will be adults only. We appreciate your understanding.
