Weekend Shuttles

Friday, May 15th

Medford

The first shuttle will depart the Fairfield Marriott parking lot at 5:15 pm and continue making rounds as needed. at the end of the evening, it will depart the party at 8:00 pm and return to the Fairfield Marriott. 

Jacksonville

The trolley will depart at 5:15 pm from the Ray's Parking Lot (401 N 5th Street). If you don't make it on the first shuttle, it will return at 5:30 pm for a final pickup. 

The trolley will depart the welcome party at 8:00 pm and return to the Ray's parking lot. it will make two roundtrips in total, so please ensure you are on the final shuttle back to ray’s.

Saturday, May 16th

Medford

The first (and only) bus will depart the Fairfield Marriott parking lot at 3:15 pm. at the end of the evening, it will begin making rounds back to Fairfield Marriott beginning at 9:00 pm with the final bus departing at 10:15 pm.

Jacksonville

The first (and only) bus will depart at 3:15 pm from the Ray's Parking Lot (401 N 5th Street). at the end of the evening, it will begin making rounds back to Ray’s Parking Lot beginning at 9:00 pm with the final bus departing at 10:15 pm.
